The Porsche Carrera Cup Italia is ready to enter the second half of the 2026 season with its fourth round at the Autodromo di Vallelunga, scheduled from 3 to 5 July. The Roman circuit will host a packed grid of 29 Porsche 911 GT3 Cup cars, with the championship battle reaching a crucial stage after the first three events of the year.
The Vallelunga weekend will be a key test for Andrea Bristot, the surprise championship leader and the standout name of the season so far. The Dinamic Motorsport driver has taken control of both the overall standings and the Rookie classification, building a strong advantage over his main rivals.
The two Porsche Carrera Cup Italia races will take place on Saturday 4 July at 15:45 and Sunday 5 July at 12:20. Both races will run over 30 minutes plus one lap and will be available live and on demand on DAZN, also in free mode, as well as through the official Carrera Cup Italia website.
Andrea Bristot Leads the Title Fight
Andrea Bristot arrives at Vallelunga after dominating the previous two rounds, collecting four consecutive victories from pole position. His form has made him the driver to beat, but the fourth round could represent a major maturity test as the championship enters a decisive phase.
Pietro Delli Guanti remains one of his closest challengers. The Team Q8 Hi Perform driver, Rookie champion in 2025, started the season strongly with victory at Imola but now needs to recover ground after a competitive yet unlucky weekend at Monza.
Gianmarco Quaresmini is also back in contention. The two-time champion from Prima Ghinzani Motorsport returned to the podium at Monza and now sits third in the overall standings. Behind him, the battle is extremely tight, with Aldo Festante, Senna Van Soelen and British rookie Harley Haughton all ready to play a leading role at Vallelunga.
Target and Dinamic Motorsport Battle for Team Leadership
The Team classification is also wide open, with Target and Dinamic Motorsport tied at the top on 146 points. Prima Ghinzani Motorsport follows with 125 points, while BeDriver remains in contention with 108.
Target will rely on Aldo Festante, who finished second twice at Vallelunga in 2025, and Dutch driver Senna Van Soelen. Dinamic Motorsport, meanwhile, will count not only on Bristot but also on Filippo Fant, Andrea D’Amico, Lorenzo Cheli and local driver William Mezzetti, who is aiming to score his first points of the season on home soil.
BeDriver will look to Lirim Zendeli and Diego Bertonelli to collect important points, while Ombra Racing fields Nathan Schaap and Callum Voisin, the latter fresh from his first Italian podium at Monza.
Ariel Levi Returns at Vallelunga
Among the most interesting storylines of the weekend is the return of Ariel Levi. The Israeli driver, who was one of the protagonists of the second half of the 2025 season, will race with The Driving Experiences, replacing Marco Butti, who is committed to a clashing event at the Hungaroring.
Ebimotors will field 2021 champion Alberto Cerqui, while Karen Gaillard and Luciano Martinez return with Ombra Racing after both showed progress at Monza. Hungarian rookie Benjamin Berta, driving for Malucelli Motorsport, will also aim to continue his growth in the series.
Michelin Cup: Cesare Brusa Leads the Way
The Michelin Cup battle remains one of the most competitive areas of the championship. Cesare Brusa has been the benchmark so far, claiming four class wins with Prima Ghinzani Motorsport. However, Andrea Girondi has emerged as a consistent threat after securing two victories for Fulgenzi Racing.
Alex De Giacomi, a two-time Michelin Cup champion, is tied with Girondi in second place and is still looking for his first win of the 2026 season. Francesco Fenici, racing at his home circuit with The Driving Experiences, will also be one to watch after moving up to fourth in the standings.
Stefano Stefanelli, Andrea Galli and British driver Lee Mowle complete a highly competitive Michelin Cup field, with several drivers capable of fighting for the podium at Vallelunga.
Porsche Carrera Cup Italia Standings Before Vallelunga
In the overall standings, Andrea Bristot leads with 145 points, followed by Pietro Delli Guanti on 87 and Gianmarco Quaresmini on 84. Aldo Festante sits fourth with 75 points, while Harley Haughton completes the top five with 70.
In the Rookie classification, Bristot also leads on 145 points, ahead of Haughton with 70 and Van Soelen with 68. Marco Butti follows on 43, while Cristian Bertuca is fifth with 25.
In the Michelin Cup, Cesare Brusa leads with 72 points. Andrea Girondi and Alex De Giacomi are tied on 58, ahead of Francesco Fenici with 45 and Stefano Stefanelli with 41.

Porsche Taycan Rush Returns to Vallelunga
The Vallelunga weekend will also mark the return of the Porsche Taycan Rush, the first 100% electric one-make series in Porsche history. The format, based on time attack duels, returns to the same circuit where the project began in September 2024, when the Porsche Taycan Turbo GT with Weissach package was tested to shape the technical and sporting foundations of the series.
The Porsche Taycan Rush has grown rapidly thanks to the involvement of official Porsche dealers and offers a different way to compete on track, combining performance, technology and the unique driving characteristics of Porsche electric power. The Taycan Turbo GT cars used in the series produce more than 1,000 horsepower.
Andrea Levy arrives at Vallelunga as championship leader for Centro Porsche Torino, followed by his daughter Federica Levy, who competes with Centro Porsche Padova and trails by ten points. Fausto Gasparetto, Luca Pagani, Alessandro Adriani and Massimiliano Venturi will also be among the key names to follow.
The Vallelunga round will also feature several debutants, including Michele Mastromartino, Antonio Aliperti and Antimo Lentini, while the driver representing Centro Porsche Bergamo is still expected to be announced.
The Porsche Taycan Rush programme starts on Saturday 4 July from 19:00 with free practice and the first race heat. On Sunday, the final phase begins at 9:00 with the second and decisive third heat. Highlights from the Vallelunga round will later be available on demand through DAZN’s free content.
